The rear hall at the Hub has been refurbished and renamed the Old School Room. Rental now includes use of a kitchen for self-catered events together with a private entrance and dedicated outside terrace area. This space is available to hire for family parties, sporting and hobby groups. It is also the venue for community events such as Hub Cinema and Quiz Night.

Community Room Hire Fees:

Ivinghoe Parish residents:

• £12 per hour for residents, clubs, groups or classes that make in excess of 12 bookings per calendar year.

• £14 per hour for residents, clubs, groups or classes making ad-hoc bookings.

Residents outside of Ivinghoe Parish:

• £14 per hour for residents, clubs, groups or classes that make in excess of 12 bookings per calendar year.

• £16 per hour for residents, clubs, groups or classes making ad-hoc bookings.
